I ended up getting my license the day I turned 21 years old... It was HARD work, I took the test for the first time and failed it by one question, and then a friend mentioned me to see Gary so I did, and Gary taught me many things that I was lacking.. He is super patient with you, always available to answer questions, he was there for me till I took my exam on exam day and passed.. Most importantly he let me know when I was ready. Gary is your person if you want to succeed in getting your mortgage license.. I found out about Gary and his tutoring offered while taking my MLO class through Arizona School of Real Estate. I decided to go ahead and take my test without tutoring with Gary and scored a 68%! I heard that the MLO test was difficult with first time pass rates around 50-60%. I want to thank you for all the help and guidance you gave with just one tutoring session. I did pass my test the 1st time I took it. I could not believe that I passed. I have ABSOLUTELY no doubt that if I did not take the tutoring, I would not have passed. The different color flash cards really helped with all the regulations. Also, not over studying was huge I never studied for more than an hour and fifteen minutes. When I got fatigued I put it down and went and did something else and came back to it later. As you told me, I never studied more then one regulation at a time. I came away from the tutoring with a sense of direction that I clearly did not have before and that was what I needed. The friend that recommended Brandon L referenced below was me, Branden Himler. I took the SAFE Act course and took on a study group of 3 other people. I decided to use Gary for tutoring to help grasp a few concepts, the other 3 in my study group didn’t join the tutor session. I was the only one to pass of my study group. Most people will need to study very hard to pass this test as I certainly did, but I would say that the concepts that Gary helped me understand differently accounted for about 30% correct answers of my final test scores.
