On-site consulting regarding mortgage office set up, procedures, compliance practices and regulatory audit preparation are offered on a fee basis.

Mortgage practice and procedure training to mortgage loan orginators, processors and all staff can be provided to update and inform the mortgage company staff.

With over twenty six years of mortgage experience, nationally published mortgage industry books and court room testimony experience, assistance for consultation and testimony in civil lawsuits and license retention will significantly assist the mortgage licensee with any challenges presented.

As a mortgage loan educator, I have assisted hundreds of MLO applicants with private, one on one instruction and preparation of the National NMLS Safe exam. The results have been amazing! Many applicants come for test preparation with "two strikes" against them, and need to pass the test on their next attempt, or be faced with a six month waiting period.
